Chris Petraglia – Founder, Next Level Health & Wellness
With over 20 years in fitness, Chris was certified by NFPT and later took their Master Trainer certification and USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach specializing in athlete training, post-surgical rehab, fat loss, and functional assessments. As former NFPT Regional Director, he’s certified and mentored other trainers nationwide. A husband and father of two, Chris understands the real-world struggle of balancing family, work, and health—having once faced his own 30-pound weight gain. That experience inspired him to launch Next Level Health & Wellness, making fitness simple, accessible, and effective for busy families and parents who need results without sacrificing their lifestyle.

Amanda Weaver, MS, CPT, PN-1
Fitness & Nutrition Coach | Youth Wellness & Performance Specialist
Amanda Weaver is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over a decade of hands-on experience spanning youth fitness, adult performance, virtual coaching, and holistic wellness education. Her work bridges clinical insight, behavioral psychology, and practical movement science to help individuals build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.
Amanda’s path into fitness was shaped by recovery. After being struck by a car while training for a triathlon, she spent years in physical therapy — an experience that deepened her understanding of biomechanics, resilience, and the role strength training plays in long-term health. With a background in healthcare spanning 25 years (including pharmacy, diagnostics, and public-health systems), Amanda brings a uniquely informed, safety-first approach to training and nutrition.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is certified in personal training and sports nutrition, allowing her to integrate physical education with mindset development, emotional regulation, and habit formation. Amanda has worked with children as young as five through high-school athletes, including competitive wrestlers, helping them develop movement literacy, confidence, and mental toughness — not just physical capacity.
Currently based in St. Johns County, Florida, Amanda coaches both in-person and virtually, delivering structured fitness programming, age-appropriate nutrition education, and supportive accountability. She is especially passionate about working with homeschool families, where she helps fill a critical gap by providing curriculum-aligned physical education that emphasizes movement, nutrition awareness, self-discipline, and character development.
Within Chris’s homeschool fitness model, Amanda leads local cohorts, delivers group PE sessions, supports youth nutrition education, and contributes to the life-skills and mindset coaching that differentiates the program from traditional youth sports or fitness classes. Her approach is inclusive, adaptable across age ranges, and grounded in helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong health.
Plans include entry level fitness and nutrition curriculum, fitness and nutrition plans, quizzes, and virtual coaching via our fitness app.
While there are no required ages, we recommend children start our curriculum no earlier than 6th grade. Curriculum advances from 6-12th grade

"I’ve always been a little hesitant about using coaching services, but after a friend convinced me to try this, I’m so glad I had did. The process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. It gave me peace of mind knowing my child was safe and happy."

"Leaving your child's health in someone else's hands can be stressful, but knowing there was trusted coaches available really helped me feel at ease."
